Job Description
About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Specialist to join our legal team and take responsibility for managing internal administrative investigations while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and strong legal reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct internal administrative investigations in line with approved policies and regulations. • Prepare investigation reports and legal recommendations. • Ensure organizational compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant legal frameworks. • Provide legal advice to management on labor law matters. • Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel when required. • Support the development of internal compliance-related policies.
Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative investigations or labor law. • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and associated regulations. • Excellent analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills. • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
