Job Description

Job Purpose:
Oversee all processes related to the preparation and review of contracts for projects and tenders within the construction sector, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements, as well as following up on tender procedures in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review contracts related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal and technical specifications.
- Monitor tender procedures to ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with technical and administrative departments to meet contract requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on contract and tender statuses for relevant stakeholders.
- Review contract terms and negotiate with involved parties to safeguard company interests.
- Organize and manage contract and tender documentation accurately and systematically.
- Follow up on the compliance of all parties with contract terms and address any issues or violations.
- Support company management in developing policies and procedures related to contracts and tenders.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts and tenders within the construction sector or a related field.
- Good knowledge of local and international contract and tender regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand legal and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using computer programs, especially MS Office.
