Job Description

Job Purpose:
To oversee the company’s labor accommodation and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment for all workers. Responsible for daily supervision, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company housing policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the labor accommodation and assign rooms based on capacity and company policy.
Receive new workers and guide them to their assigned rooms.
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, electricity, and water supply within the accommodation.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve any technical or emergency issues.
Ensure workers follow housing rules (cleanliness, safety, no disturbances, etc.).
Maintain updated records of residents, room numbers, and move-in/move-out dates.
Prepare regular reports on housing conditions and submit them to management.
Assist in organizing relocations or check-outs when necessary.
Ensure availability of basic supplies (cleaning materials, water, gas, etc.).

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in labor accommodation or similar supervisory role.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in shared accommodations.
Ability to manage a diverse workforce of different nationalities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High discipline and ability to work under pressure with on-site presence as needed.
